DELIVERY INFO.

Local Canberra Delivery

Local Canberra deliveries are made on Wednesday and Fridays each week between 11am-5pm.

Canberra Region includes 

 

SHIPPING FEE-

Shipping is a $13

CUSTOMER ORDERS-

Custom order will be shipped as discussed during order process. Though we will try our best for the order to arrive on required date, we can not guarantee. 

Australia Wide Shipping

CORE AND COLLECTION DELIVERY-

We are shipping our cookies Australia wide by Australia Post (express post only).

Orders placed before 8am Tuesday for Wednesday shipping.

(We are a small batch kitchen currently only only doing shipment once a week for core and collection range)

Shipping is a $17 flat fee.
 

ESTIMATED SHIP TIME-
1-2 days for Metro area, 2-3 days outside Metro area.

(In some cases it may take looking as the postman is being chased by a dog after the goods)

By accepting you agree to these Terms and Conditions and are aware of:

  • All cookies may contain or may contain traces of wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten and eggs. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions.

  • Please check your address and unit number is correctly listed on your order confirmation.

  • We can deliver to Police Stations, Universities or Hospitals, though take no responsibility if the package is lost once it arrives.

  • If the recipient is not home, and the delivery driver can’t get hold of you with the number provided,
    then a re-delivery fee may occur.

  • As all goods are perishable, refunds or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been posted.

  • f you have any issues with your order you must contact Miss Mustard's within 12 hours of receiving your delivery. It is at the discretion of Miss Mustard's to decide if you are eligible to receive a refund or exchange for any issue.
